Technical Implementer
We are looking for a Technical Implementer to execute the technical aspects of our public sector-focused software implementations such as interfaces, data conversions, and complex configurations (formulas). The Technical Implementer will be an important part of our team whose mission is to provide the very best products and services to our customers. This is a full-time position.
Work Experience/Education
Bachelors' Degree and/or 3+ years related experience
Responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations
- Develop specification documents
- Develop and maintain scripts/programs
- Perform quality assurance tests
- Develop automated test scripts
- Document issues or gaps
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Database languages:
- Required: Transact SQL
- Nice to know: PL SQL
- Programming languages:
- Required:
- C#
- Visual Basic
- Nice to know:
- C++
- Python
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Travel may be required, based on client needs
- Experience working with or in the public sector (Local government agencies, Special Districts, Water Agencies)
