Glendale Selects TruePoint Solutions to Implement Clariti's Community Development Software

For over 15 years, Glendale has been operating with a legacy permitting system and multiple disjointed solutions, which resulted in challenges around reporting and data management. The adoption of the Clariti solution supports the city’s objective to upgrade to a cloud-hosted solution for its permit issuance and associated fee collections with a robust, state-of-the-art solution that can be used to streamline permit issuance processes and associated fee collections, improve transparency and tracking across multiple departments, and scale to accommodate future growth.
