Arizona Town Selects TruePoint Solutions to Implement Clariti Permitting Solution

LOOMIS, Calif.—Dec. 3, 2024: TruePoint Solutions, leading provider of government-focused professional services, permitting and licensing, and CIS/utility billing and irrigation management solutions, today announced that the Town of Prescott Valley, AZ has selected TruePoint Solutions to implement Clariti’s community development software for its permitting, licensing, planning, case management, and code enforcement activities.

The Town of Prescott Valley serves a population of over 50,000 and processes more than 4,000 permits per year. In such a thriving community, efficiency becomes even more important in the delivery of services.

The result will be significantly improved efficiency, multi-department collaboration, and seamless functionality that advances projects systematically, as well as the addition of a customer portal that allows electronic submission of applications and payments and easy visibility into their own project by applicants.

Clariti is a nimble, user-friendly solution that can adapt to any fluctuations in the Town’s needs. It will also be fully manageable by Town staff, so any subsequent customizations the Town may require can be handled in-house, without the need to engage third party service providers.
