Santa Clara Valley Water District Selects TrueBill from TruePoint Solutions to Modernize and Optimize Operations

Valley Water Adopts Leading Technology to Enhance Efficiency and Improve Customer Experience

LOOMIS, Calif.—Jan. 13, 2025: TruePoint Solutions, leading provider of CIS/billing solutions for utilities and agriculture irrigation, and government-focused professional services, permitting and licensing for public agencies, today announced that the Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) has selected TrueBill, the company's proprietary utility billing solution, to manage its billing, account management, meter reading, accounts receivable, and service orders. The move to TrueBill marks a significant step in enhancing Valley Water’s billing operations and improving the customer experience.

TrueBill will seamlessly integrate with the range of existing solutions used by Valley Water, allowing for automation of many processes that have historically been manual and time-consuming for staff. The transition will not only increase operational efficiency but also provide Valley Water customers with enhanced access to their information through an online portal.
